One-to-one support for the eczema that won't settle.
Jessica works with a small number of individual clients, infants, children and adults, to address the underlying drivers that standard eczema management doesn't reach.

Adults with eczema, dermatitis, histamine intolerance, or MCAS
If your eczema has been cycling through flares, creams, brief relief, and flares again, and no one has yet looked seriously at the gut, histamine load, or skin barrier, that's where one-to-one work starts.
Jessica offers individual consultations for adults with persistent eczema, dermatitis, TSW (topical steroid withdrawal), histamine intolerance, and MCAS. Initial consultations include a full clinical assessment, a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, and follow-up support. Where relevant, this may include testing and supplement recommendations.

Children with eczema, dermatitis, and atopic conditions
When your infant or child's eczema doesn't respond to the standard advice, moisturisers, trigger avoidance, topical treatments, it's worth looking at the nutritional and gut-related drivers that sit underneath.
Little Eczema Trap is Jessica's paediatric offering. It addresses the gut, food triggers, skin barrier, and immune drivers behind childhood eczema, and works alongside your child's existing medical care. It's for infants, children, and young people up to the age of 15.
Need somewhere to start?
Jessica has created three age specific eczema toolkits for infants and young children, school age children and teenagers.
Each toolkit offers practical guidance, checklists and simple tools to help you understand the everyday factors that may be influencing your child’s skin, including nutrition, gut health, sleep, stress, food reactions and the skin barrier.
They are designed for parents who want a clear and considered starting point, particularly following a new diagnosis or when advice feels confusing, but who are not yet looking for individual support.
