Escape the Eczema Trap® — 1:1 Eczema Support for children

The Eczema Trap is the cycle so many families know too well: a flare, a cream or medicine that settles it for a while, then another flare, often worse than before. This programme is about breaking that cycle for your child, finding the triggers at the root of their eczema, and building a plan that holds.

If you want a considered, clinical plan built around your child, not another round of guesswork, this is for you.

  • If eczema or topical steroid withdrawal has taken over more of your child's life than you'd like
  • If flares keep returning despite the creams, the foods that have been cut out, the steroids or other medications
  • If you've started to suspect the answer isn't another product, and want to consider root causes

The shape of the work (over 7 months)

  • A 60-minute initial consultation, including a review of any specialist letters or test results
  • Five 45-minute consultations to review your plan and mark each phase change
  • Six 20-minute clinical check-ins in the weeks between, for accountability and small adjustments
  • A personalised protocol after each session
  • Testing may be suggested if appropriate

Why the sessions are close together

We're in contact every two weeks, a fuller consultation to review and adjust, then a shorter check-in to keep things moving, so we respond to your child's skin as it is now, rather than reviewing a flare that has already changed.

The programme is built at a pace to support long-lasting and sustainable change.

Programme fee

£1,500, or 4 monthly payments of £375.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this replace my child's prescribed treatment?

No. Paediatric nutritional therapy is designed to work alongside your child's medical care, not instead of it. Jessica doesn't advise stopping any prescribed cream or medication. She addresses the nutritional and gut-related drivers that sit alongside your child's existing treatment.

Isn't it risky to change a child's diet?

Any change is made cautiously, with your child's growth and nutrition as the first priority. The aim is never blanket restriction, it's identifying what's genuinely relevant while keeping your child well-nourished.

How young is too young?

Jessica works with infants through to age 15. For the youngest children, the focus is often on the developing gut and, where relevant, feeding and weaning.

Do you work online?

Yes. All consultations are conducted online, so you can join from home around your child's routine.

Not sure if this is the right step?

Book a free 15-minute discovery call. We'll talk through your child's history and your concerns, and work out together whether nutritional therapy is a good fit.
